Lithuania
Delivery is free for orders over 200€. There is an additional charge of 5€ for orders less than 200€. There is an additional charge of 15€ for courier delivery to Neringa.
Delivery time: 1 – 5 working days.
European Union
Delivery is free for orders over 250€. There is an additional charge of 20€ for orders less than 250€. Delivery time: 5 – 10 working days.
Other countries
Delivery is free for orders over 500€. There is an additional charge of 40€ for orders less than 500€. Delivery time: 10 – 15 working days.
* Prices and delivery terms are subject to change depending on the offers of partners applicable at the relevant time. However, in any case, the Buyer will be notified of a change in delivery charges and terms before the Buyer places an order.
The precise amount of the delivery charge will be displayed before the Buyer confirms an order. Following confirmation of an order the delivery charge will not be subject to change.
Return of goods
You can return the goods that were not suitable within 14 days from the day of delivery of goods and receive the money you paid back. You will find the procedure how to return goods here.
Lithuania, EU and Other countries
In order to return a product/products the Buyer (consumer) is required to complete a product return form (which is available by a request on email: info@sofistiqstudio.com) and send the completed form to us by e-mail info@sofistiqstudio.com.
If the Buyer returns a non-defective product, the return costs will be deducted from the amount refundable by the Seller to the Buyer.
Money will be returned by bank transfer within 9 days from the day goods are delivered to the Sofistiq studio warehouse.
